ABOUT ROY & TONY

Roy Ripper has spent 40 years inside the recruitment industry - as a founder, operator, coach, and adviser.

He co-founded his first recruitment business with Tony Cox and James Caan, building it from zero into one of the most successful retained search operations in the UK at the time. He later joined a FTSE-listed recruitment group as Operations Director, where he built and led an executive search division of 25 people across three cities - from scratch - that became the most profitable division in the group.

Over the following two decades, Roy went on to coach and train more than 525,000 recruiters globally, working across thousands of recruitment businesses of every size and sector. The patterns he observed in that time form the foundation of everything he teaches today.

He is co-founder of Ready For Exit OS.

Tony Cox has 38 years of experience in recruitment - as a biller, a leader, a business builder, and an MD.

He started as a Vacancy Controller and became the top performer across a 200-office recruitment network within his first few months. By 25 he was a Director. By 32 he was MD of a PLC. He built and sold his own recruitment business at 40 - and came back out of retirement at 45 because, as he puts it, he wasn't finished.

Tony is one of the most disciplined BD operators in the industry. His system - built on structured, high-volume outreach with a 70-80% close rate at full retained fee - is the foundation of the pipeline methodology Roy and Tony now teach.
